BROCCOLI & BACON SALAD
1 head broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cheese cubes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Toss together broccoli, bacon and cheese. Mix dressing and stir all together. Chill before serving. The number of
servings will vary depending on the amount of broccoli mainly. The points will be determined by the type of mayonnaise
used and also the type and amount of cheese and bacon used.
