BLUEBERRY MUFFIN CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 cup yogurt or sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup blueberries

Mix blueberries with 2 tablespoons cake mix and set aside.  Mix all other ingredients and pour 2/3 into greased tube cake pan.  Sprinkle with blueberries and cover with remaining batter.  Bake at 350 until done. 

This is my niece's favorite cake.  To make WW friendly I just use a few substitute ingredients: Sugar free cake mix, sugar free pudding mix, plain nonfat Greek yogurt and unsweetened applesauce instead of oil.  Makes 12 servings.
