BASIC VINAIGRETTE 3 WAYS
Citrus:
2 pinches salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic:
2 pinches salt
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
pepper to taste
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Dijon:
2 pinches salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or balsamic
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients and whisk until well combined or you can also shake in a jar. Add in any herbs, seasonings
or garlic as you like. The flavor combinations are endless. Each recipe makes 11 tablespoons.
