BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS

I made the following adjustments:
-I used Truvia Sweet Complete in place of the coconut sugar
-I baked them in an 8 well mini loaf pan. The recipe made 7 mini loafs for a total of 14 servings (half
a loaf)
Adjustments I will make next time:
-I would have liked them to be sweeter so I would at least double the Truvia.
-Once cooled they dried out a bit so I would add at least 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
or a tablespoon or two of melted coconut oil or oil of your choice.
