BAKED TOAD IN THE HOLE

2 slices of bread
softened butter
shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
chopped cooked bacon or real bacon bits

Butter both slices of bread on one side. Place one of them butter side down on a greased baking pan. Cut hole in center of
other slice and set aside. Sprinkle bottom bread with cheese and bacon then top with other piece of bread, butter side up. 
Crack egg into hole and break yolk up a little with toothpick or fork. Sprinkle with more cheese and bacon. Don't throw away
centers.  Place them butter side down and bake on the same pan. Bake at 425* for about 10 minutes or until egg sets to you
​liking. Optional: top with avocado. Points will be determined by the type and amount of ingredients.*

2 slices Sara Lee Multigrain Delightful bread (2 pts all plans)
2 teaspoons ICBITB (1 pt all plans)
1/2 ounce Velveeta shreds (1 pt all plans)
1 egg (0 pts Blue & Purple, 2 pts Green)
2 slices Great Value Fully Cooked Bacon (1 pt all plans)
28 grams avocado (1 pt all plans)
