​BAKED STUFFED PEARS OR PEACHES

Fresh pears (or peaches)
Almond Windmill cookies
Brown sugar
ICBINB Spray
Reddi Wip (optional)

Cut fruit in half and remove core/pit. Take a small slice of the bottom of each to make sit straight up in the baking dish. 
Use 1 cookie per 1 whole pear and put in a plastic bag and crush. Don't crush into a fine powder, some bigger pieces are just fine.
Sprinkle tops of pears evenly with the cookie crumbs.  It comes out to about 2 1/2 teaspoons per pear. Sprinkle each pear
with 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar then spritz with ICBINB spray. 


Bake on greased dish at 375 until fruit is tender and topping is crisp, approximately 25 - 30 minutes. 
​Top with Reddi Wip or whipped topping if desired. 

1 half is only 1 point.  2 halves are only 3 points.
