BAKED SAUSAGE & EGGS

1/2 pound bulk breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream

Spread sausage in bottom of sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.  Top with half the cheese.
Pour all the eggs over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Place dollops of sour
cream all around the top.  Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until set in the center.
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
