BAKED RED POTATOES

small red potatoes
salt & pepper
dried parsley
butter spray, I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Scrub the potatoes really well and cut into smaller chunks.  Place in a sprayed baking dish
and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley, to taste.  Spritz all over with butter spray.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
