BAKED FRITTATA
12 eggs
splash of milk
salt & pepper
1/2 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 ounces shredded Cabot 75% light cheddar cheese
12 slices Great Value Fully Cooked Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained and chopped if needed
chopped onions to taste
1/2 bag frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch
baking dish. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. In the video I baked for 25 but think I should back it off those last 5 minutes
and let it finish setting up as it cools. Makes 6 servings.

You can add any fillings you like. This is a very customizable recipe.
