BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN
1 whole pork tenderloin
Allegro meat marinade
bacon strips
Trim any fat from tenderloin and cut into about 2-inch thick slices. Marinate in Allegro overnight. Drain and wrap a slice
of raw bacon around tall side of pork. Tuck tail of bacon underneath and place on broiler pan, sides not touching.
Broil on high for about 30 minutes, or until desired doneness. Be sure to check frequently to keep from burning and overcooking.
Points for this will vary but are easy to determine. Each piece of meat can be weighed after cooking and then just add on
the points for 1 piece of whatever kind of bacon you're using.
