BACON RANCH CHEESEBALL

2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 package ranch dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix and garlic powder with an electric mixer until smooth. Add all but
2 tablespoons of the cheese, half the bacon and 2 tablespoons of the green onion. Form into a ball on plastic wrap,
wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight.  Right before serving mix together remaining cheese, bacon, onions and pecans.
​Spread onto waxed paper or shallow bowl and roll cheese ball all around pressing coating into it. Serve with crackers.
