BACON, EGG & CHEESE MUFFINS
6 slices Great Value Fully Cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
Spray 6 muffin cups of a muffin pan or use silicone liners. Divide bacon evenly between the cups and
top evenly with the cheese. In a large measuring cup or bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Pour evenly over top of the bacon and cheese. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until cooked through.
The tops will be springy and the sides will start to brown. Let cool and remove from pan. Store
in the refrigerator. Makes 6.
