BACON CHEDDAR QUICHE

1 box fully cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled (I used Great Value which was 10 pieces)
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
5 ounce can evaporated milk

Spray a 9-inch microwaveable pie plate and spread bottom with crumbled bacon, mushrooms, dried onion
and cheese.  In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk and pour over ingredients in pie plate.  
Microwave for 6 minutes stirring twice.  After the 6 minutes if the quiche is not done you may microwave
another 2 or 3 minutes.  Mine was completely set after the first 6 minutes.  Cut into wedges and serve.  
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
