BACON & CHEDDAR CHAFFLE
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
real bacon bits/pieces to taste. I used 1 tablespoon split between the two chaffles
Mix egg and cheese. Pour half onto a preheated mini dash waffle maker. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Close the lid and let cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining bater. Makes 2
