APPLE DONUT CAKES
1 cup Kodiak Pancake and Waffle mix
5 tsp Lakanto Classic monkfruit sweetener, or your choice
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp water
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 medium apple, peeled and diced small
TOPPING:
ICBINB Spray
3 tsp Lakanto Golden sweetener, or your choice
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients together then add all the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in apple. Spread evenly between 6
cups in a sprayed donut pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Meanwhile mix topping
ingredients in a small, shallow dish. When the donuts are done turn then onto waxed paper and spray tops with butter spray.
Dip each one, tops only, into cinnamon sugar mixture. Makes 6.
