ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE
2 cups mayonnaise
2 -4 tablespoons sugar, to taste
1/4 cup vinegar, or to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk together really well. It's best to start with less sugar and vinegar then taste and adjust. Use as a basting
or dipping sauce. Delicious on pork BBQ!
