AIR FRYER CRISPY BREADED PORK CHOPS

oil spray
6 thick cut pork loin chops
House Seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup panko
1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Season pork chops with house seasoning. Put egg in a medium size bowl and combine remaining ingredients in
a shallow dish. Dip each chop into egg first and then into crumbs. Spritz one side with oil spray and put that side
down in the air fryer then spritz the top.  Cook on 400 for 12 minutes flipping halfway.  If you have any of the crumb
mixture left you can save it for next time. To calculate points on the leftovers just subtract the number of pork chops
you made from 6, which is the number of servings this recipe makes, and that will leave you with how many servings
of the crumb mixture you have left.  Mark it on the outside of the bag with a Sharpie and store in the freezer. 

For the crumb coating only All Plans are 2 points per serving.  Green must count egg as well but it's not enough
​ points to change when added to the recipe builder.
