AIR FRYER COD
4 cod filets
House Seasoning
1 egg
1/8 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup plain dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup plain panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Make sure the cod has been patted dry with a paper towel then season both sides with House Seasoning
(or any other spices you like) and set aside. The fish will be coated three separate ways so place the flour in the first
dish/plate. In the second small bowl/dish place the egg and beat with a fork. Then in the third medium sized
bowl/dish mix the bread crumbs and cheese. To coat first lightly pat each side into the flour, then into the egg
and finally into the bread crumbs. Press the bread crumbs down to make sure they will stick. Place fish in a sprayed
air fryer basket and cook on 400 for 8 - 10 minutes. I cook 4 minutes then flip over for another 4 minutes.
After testing for doneness you may need to add the extra 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
