House Seasoning
Rice flour
Butter flavored pan spray

Either cut wing tips off or not because it doesn't make a difference in cooking them. Lay wings out on waxed paper and sprinkle both
sides with House seasoning. Shake wings in rice flour using the Batter Pro* or plastic bag.  Lay back on waxed paper and spray both sides
with pan spray and sprinkle with a little more house seasoning.  Spritz fryer basket with oil  Cook 5 or 6 at a time; whatever fits without
being too crowded.  Cook on 400 for 12 minutes.  Flip for 5 minutes then back over for 5 more. Approximately 2 teaspoons of rice flour
​sticks to the wing for 1 point.  So just add that 1 point to the points for each chicken wing per the tracker.

* The Batter Pro bowl is completely optional but I like how it gives the chicken a really light coating of flour. ​The exact one I bought is no longer available on Amazon but this one is exactly like it.
