AIR FRYER BAKED POTATOES
Wash and scrub potatoes really well. Coat with oil of your choice and sprinkle with coarse salt. No need to prick them.
Place in air fryer basket and cook on 400 for 40 minutes. Smaller potatoes may not take as long so check at the 30
minute mark. Potato skins will slightly crisp and the potato inside will be moist and tender.
