AIR FRIED TOFU

16 ounce block of extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon avocado oil, or oil of choice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced ginger, I use the squeeze kind
1 -2 teaspoons minced garlic

First you need to press the tofu to remove any excess liquid.  Place on paper towel lined plate and cover with more paper
towels and a piece of waxed paper, if desired, and place a heavy cast iron pan or other heavy object on top of the tofu.
Allow to sit for 1 to 4 hours.  Once liquid has been pressed out cut into bite sized cubes.  In a separate bowl mix soy sauce,
oils, ginger and garlic and pour over tofu.  Let marinate for at least a half hour or up to 3 to 4 hours.  The longer it marinates
the more flavor it will have. The soy sauce give it a beautiful brown color when cooked. Preheat your air fryer to 375. 
Place tofu cubes in a single layer and cook for 13 - 15 minutes or until they have turned nice and brown and started to crisp
​on the outside.  Serving size will vary. 
These points are only for the tofu because I do not count oil in marinades.
