90 SECOND KETO MUG BREAD

1 tablespoon real butter
3 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

Melt butter in a sprayed microwave safe mug.  Stir in remaining ingredients until it is well blended.  Microwave for 90 seconds. 
Use a knife if necessary to loosen bread from the sides and bottom of the mug.  For best results cut bread in half and toast in a
sprayed pan until both sides are brown.  Use anywhere you might like to use bread like a sandwich, side item or even as pancakes. 
​ I like to add a little peanut butter and sugar free syrup to mine.  Makes 1 mug bread.
