0 POINT BBQ SAUCE

2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
2/3 cup Lakanto monkfruit golden sweetener
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Adjustments*

Mix all in a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low and allow to cook down until it begins to thicken.
Starts out with about 3 cups and reduces down to about 2 1/2 cups after 30 minutes or so. Mix cornstarch and water
and stir into simmering sauce.  Stir until thickened.  At this point taste it and make any adjustments you'd like. 
​You can literally make this different every single time you make it!

*more sweetener, honey, less vinegar, liquid smoke, spices & seasonings, jam or preserves
