2 pounds skirt or flank steak

Unfold steak and season liberally with My Steak Spice.  Place in crockpot and add no liquid.  Cover and
cook on low about 6 hours or until tender but not overcooked.  Remove from crockpot and slice into
smaller strips against the grain. To serve, heat 2 tortillas per taquito and top with steak.  In a separate
bowl mix together chopped cilantro and finely chopped onion to the proportions you like.  Top steak with
this mixture and add a squeeze of lime juice to taste and a little salt.
