boneless, skinless chicken breasts
seasoned salt
garlic powder
canned mushrooms
shredded cheddar cheese
real bacon bits/pieces
sliced green onion
Pound each chicken breast until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Season one side with seasoned salt and
garlic powder. Place seasoned side down in hot pan coated with a thin layer of oil. Season top
side. Cook each side until browned. Then top each breast with mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese.
The top with bacon pieces and green onions. Cover and cook until the chicken is done; at least
165 degrees. Multiply recipe as needed.
