RANCH OYSTER CRACKERS

3/4 cup oil of choice, I use vegetable oil
1 package ranch dressing mix
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried dill
2 9-ounce bags oyster crackers

In a large bowl whisk together oil and seasonings until well combined.  Add both bags of crackers
and stir until all crackers are coated and none are dry.  Spread in a large baking sheet covered with
parchment paper for ease of cleaning up.  Bake 15 minutes at 250 degrees, stirring halfway through.
Let cool thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
