PHILLY CHEESE STEAK CASSEROLE
1 pound ground beef
seasoned salt, to taste
1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin slices
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 eggs
1/4 cup half and half, or any milk desired
salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices Provolone cheese, cut into strips
In a large frying pan cook and crumble the ground beef and season with seasoned salt. Drain grease
if necessary. Add in the green peppers and onions and cook until the peppers are done to your liking.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Beat eggs, half and half, salt
and pepper until well blended. Pour evenly over beef mixture. Top evenly with cheese strips. Bake
at 350 for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is nice and melty.
