INSTANT POT MACARONI & BEEF

1 pound ground beef
chopped onions, to taste
salt to taste
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
15 ounces tomato sauce
15 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup elbow macaroni

Heat Instant Pot on Saute until it reaches "hot".  Add a bit of oil to the pot along with hamburger,
onions, green peppers, garlic and salt.  Cook until done and drain if necessary.  Add remaining 
ingredients.  Cover and cook on high for 7 minutes.  Do a quick release.  Serve with shredded
cheddar cheese if desired.
