HULI HULI CHICKEN

I made a few changes:
I only used 1 pound of chicken thighs, but kept the same amount of sauce. I made an error by not
reserving 1/4 cup sauce but I think it was for the better. Since I marinated the chicken in all the
sauce I had to boil it in the microwave to kill off any harmful bacteria, etc. If you, like me, microwave
it too long add a touch of water to the thickened sauce and brush that on the chicken before
broiling.
I also added the drained pineapple chunks to the zucchini towards the end of cooking to brown them
a little and give a little bit more flavor the the zucchini.
And since their is not a sauce to pour over the dish I spooned a little of the reserved pineapple juice
over my rice to add a little bit more moisture and liquid.
