FANTASY FUDGE
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter and set aside. In a large pot add sugar, butter and milk.
Stir until butter is melted and continue to stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil. Set timer
and boil for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure it's not scorching. Then remove from heat
and stir in chocolate chips until they are melted. Then stir in marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Stir together until there are no white streaks remaining. Pour into greased dish and spread out
evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until set up. Cut into small squares.
