CHICKEN FAJITA SEASONING

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Will make enough to season 1 pound of chicken along with 2 - 4 sliced peppers and onions.  
​You may mix several packages of this seasoning to keep on hand.

FAJITA SEASONING II

4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt to taste

Mix and store in airtight container.  Use seasoning to taste on chicken or beef for fajitas.​
