CROCKPOT TORTILLA BAKE

1 pound ground beef, crumbled, browned and drained
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 envelope taco seasoning, or your homemade
8 corn tortillas, cut into 6 wedges
1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained

Combine soup and taco seasoning very well and set aside.

Layer the ingredients as listed in a sprayed round crockpot:
1  - 1/3 ground beef
2 - 1/3 tortilla wedges to cover
3 -  1/3 soup mixture, spread to cover
4 - 1/3 tomatoes
Repeat layers 2 more times.

Cover and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.  Serve with your favorite toppings such as sour cream,
shredded cheese, avocado, black olives, etc.
