CROCKPOT CREAMY TORTELLINI
1 pound ground beef
heaping tablespoon minced garlic
24 ounces spaghetti sauce
16 ounces alfredo sauce
36 ounces frozen tortellini, unthawed
8 ounce block cream cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium large pot cook ground beef and garlic and drain if necessary. Stir in spaghetti sauce
and alfredo sauce until well combined. In a large crockpot put frozen tortellini in the bottom and
top with all the sauce. Stir to coat the tortellini. Place entire block of cream cheese on the top.
Cover and cook on high 3 1/2 to 4 hours on high. Turn off heat and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
and let the heat of the dish melt it. This makes a lot so you can freeze some if needed.
