CROCKPOT CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can petite diced tomatoes, optional
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
Place chicken in a greased or lined crockpot and then in a medium bowl whisk together soups,
tomatoes if using, and seasonings. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 - 7 hours or
until chicken is tender. Removed chicken and shred and return to crockpot. Drop cream cheese
by spoonfuls into gravy and then add shredded cheese. Stir and cover and cook on low for
30 minutes. In the meantime cook the spaghetti until tender and when the 30 minutes is up
add to the crockpot. Stir and serve.
