CATHEDRAL COOKIES

1 bag pastel mini marshmallows or about 6 ounces
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups milk chocolate chips, Hershey's is really good
1 stick butter, cubed
Mix marshmallows and nuts; set aside. Melt chocolate and butter and mix well. I melt mine in the
microwave and it takes 1 minute.  Pour over marshmallows and nuts and mix well. Refrigerate
​covered 10 or 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Shape into a 12 inch long roll on waxed paper.  This is
easier with buttered hands or gloves. Wrap tightly in the waxed paper. Chill 4 hours or until firm.
Unwrap and cut into slices.
