BUFFALO CHICKEN NACHOS

​2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing (or more if chicken seems dry)*
Buffalo Wing sauce or hot sauce, to taste ( we use Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce)
tortilla chips
diced tomato
sliced black olives
diced red onion
2 cups shredded cheese, mix or match your favorite
chopped cilantro
more ranch dressing for topping

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread tortilla chips over top.  Set aside.  In a large
bowl mix together ranch dressing and hot/wing sauce.  Add chicken and stir to coat adding more dressing
or hot sauce as needed.  Evenly spread chicken mixture over the tortilla chips.  Sprinkle with diced tomatoes,
black olives and onions.  Sprinkle evenly with cheese.  Bake at 400 for about 10-11 minutes or until cheese
is melted.  Serve with extra ranch dressing drizzled over top and chopped cilantro. 

*You may use blue cheese dressing if you prefer
