BROCCOLI & CHEESE STUFFED POTATOES

3 medium potatoes, baked as desired
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked and drained broccoli cut into small florets

In a medium saucepot melt butter.  Mix seasonings with flour and add to butter.  Whisk to combine
and cook the raw taste of the flour out; just a couple minutes.  Slowly pour in milk a little at a time
and whisk thoroughly to avoid getting a lumpy sauce.  Once thickened a bit add in the cheese
and again whisk to make a smooth cheese sauce.  Remove from heat and stir in broccoli.  Serve
over hot baked potatoes.
