BAKED SPAGHETTI
8 ounces dry spaghetti noodles
1 pound ground beef
chopped onions to taste
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
grated Parmesan cheese or shredded if you prefer
Boil spaghetti noodles until done. Drain and set aside. In the same pot cook together ground beef and
onions until done; drain if necessary. To the ground beef add spaghetti sauce, cream of mushroom, 1 cup
cheddar cheese and Parmesan to taste. Mix well then stir in spaghetti noodles. Spread into a sprayed
9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400
for about 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
