ALFREDO BEEF TORTELLINI
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 oz spaghetti sauce
12 ounces prepared alfredo sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
10 ounces or about 2 mounded cups frozen tortellini
shredded mozzarella cheese
In large pan brown the hamburger, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Then add the spaghetti
sauce and stir thoroughly. Stir in alfredo sauce and, again, stir thoroughly. In the meantime cook tortellini as
directed until done. Add into the sauce and stir to coat. Sprinkle with as much mozzarella cheese as desired.
Pour into a sprayed 8 x 8 inch or 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
